Returns Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Send the Item Back:
    You must ship the product back within 5 days after receiving return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (if applicable), or we’ll notify you of an alternative refund method.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that period, the order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
